Major ingredients for Gam recipe includes basmati long rice, the chicken or mutton, potatoes & hard boiled eggs fried and of course the original spices that only Johorean could make.
Mouth Watering Beriani Gam Ayam- Really delicious The meats get cooked between the rice layers hence every drop of goodness from the meats stays in the rice. The results of this cooking procedure & recipe is fluffy, tender yet ample firm rice grains so smooth it almost melts in the mouth. A beautiful cuisine so delicious they just make us come for more. The beriani gam ayam (chicken)is only available as
specials on Wednesdays while the beriani gam kambing Mutton) on every Saturday. So there, be warned that they may be out of stock if you dont come early.
